游玩许可Your licence to play
开发者授予你有限、非独占、不可转让的许可，供你在兼容设备上为个人娱乐安装和游玩 Cookie Falls。请勿利用漏洞重复领取奖励、干扰其他人的使用或未经授权分发游戏副本。The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Cookie Falls on compatible devices for personal enjoyment. Please do not exploit bugs to claim rewards repeatedly, disrupt other players’ use or distribute unauthorised copies.
金币与购买Coins and purchases
当前没有付费应用内购买。营业和挑战中获得的金币和其他虚拟奖励仅用于游戏内进度，不能兑换现金或转售。使用金币解锁内容时，请先确认游戏中显示的费用。There are currently no paid in-app purchases. Coins and other virtual rewards earned through play are for in-game progression and cannot be redeemed for cash or resold. Check the coin cost shown in the game before unlocking content.
激励广告Rewarded ads
你可以在提供激励广告的入口选择观看，以获得该入口显示的奖励。可播放的广告因网络及广告供应情况而异。游戏依据广告服务返回的完成状态发放奖励。Where a rewarded ad is offered, you may choose to watch it for the reward shown. Availability depends on connectivity and ad supply. The game grants the reward based on the completion status returned by the ad service.
进度和存档Progress and saves
本机保存营业进度和进行中的棋盘。支持的 iOS 设备可以通过 iCloud 同步已结算的进度。请在换机、清除数据或卸载前确认可恢复的存档。未同步的进度可能随本机数据丢失。The game stores shop progress and the current board on your device. Supported iOS devices can sync settled progress through iCloud. Before switching devices, clearing data or uninstalling, check that a recoverable save exists. Unsynced progress may be lost with local data.
游戏作品Game content
游戏程序、曲奇和角色美术、标志、界面与音效的知识产权归开发者或相应权利人所有。除适用法律允许的情形外，未经权利人许可，请勿提取并出售游戏素材，或将其用于其他产品。The developer or the respective rights holders own the intellectual property in the software, cookie and character artwork, logo, interface and audio. Except where applicable law permits it, you need permission from the rights holder to extract and sell assets or use them in another product.
更新与服务变更Updates and service changes
开发者可能调整关卡、奖励或设备兼容性，也可能因维护暂停在线功能。条款变更后，我们会在此发布修订版本并更新生效日期。The developer may adjust levels, rewards or device compatibility, and may suspend online features for maintenance. When these terms change, we will publish the revised text here with a new effective date.
责任范围Limits of responsibility
网络中断、设备故障或第三方服务异常可能影响广告和存档恢复。在适用法律允许的范围内，开发者不对超出其合理控制范围的此类事件所造成的损失承担责任。你依法享有的消费者权利及依法不可排除的责任不受影响。Network outages, device failures and interruptions to third-party services can affect ads and save recovery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for losses caused by such events beyond its reasonable control. Your statutory consumer rights and any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
