第一次营业，怎样完成订单？How do I fill my first order?
Cookie Falls 是一款甜品拼图游戏。先看看订单盒里缺哪种甜点，再在棋盘上拼出完整曲奇。符合订单的曲奇会自动装盒，暂时用不上的饮品可以留给之后的订单。Cookie Falls is a dessert puzzle game. Check the order boxes to see what you need, then assemble a whole cookie on the board. Matching cookies go straight into their boxes. Drinks can wait on the board for a later order.
游戏卡住或意外退出怎么办？What if the game freezes or closes?
重新打开游戏，检查设备剩余空间和可用的游戏更新。如果问题出现在广告或云同步期间，请检查网络后再试。排查时请保留应用和数据，以免丢失本机进度。Reopen the game, check your free storage and look for a game update. If an ad or cloud sync stalled, check your connection and try again. Keep the app and its data on your device while troubleshooting so your local progress stays available.
换设备能接着玩吗？Can I continue on another device?
游戏在本机保存进度。iOS 26 及以上支持通过 iCloud 同步已结算的进度。换机前请保留旧设备上的游戏，在两台设备使用同一 iCloud 账户并确认同步成功。在新设备上打开游戏设置，点“恢复云存档”检查可用进度。进行中的棋盘只在本机保存。早于 iOS 26 的版本没有这项云恢复功能。The game saves progress on your device. On iOS 26 or later, iCloud can sync settled progress. Keep the game on your old device, use the same iCloud account on both devices and confirm the sync succeeded. On the new device, open the game settings and choose “Restore save” to check for available progress. A board in progress stays on the original device. Earlier iOS versions do not support this cloud restore feature.
广告无法播放，或看完后没有奖励？Why is an ad unavailable or a reward missing?
激励广告取决于网络和可用广告。请稍后重试。奖励会在广告服务确认完成后发放，提前关闭可能无法获得奖励。如果看完仍未收到，请记下时间、时区和奖励入口，发邮件联系我们。Rewarded ads depend on your connection and ad availability. Try again later. The game grants a reward when the ad service confirms completion. Closing early may skip the reward. If a completed ad gave no reward, email us the time, time zone and where you opened it.
可以花钱买金币或去广告吗？Can I buy coins or pay to remove ads?
当前版本没有付费应用内购买。游戏中使用金币的解锁操作消耗游戏内获得的金币。The current version offers no paid in-app purchases. Unlocks priced in coins use coins earned in the game.
